Julie Lysberg, PhD, is an associate professor at Nord University, Faculty of Education and Art. Julie also works as a Senior Advisor and researcher at The Kindergarten and School office in Bodø municipality, and she has a combined employer position as an assistant professor at Nord University.Her work and research centre around School development and school leaders’ and teachers’ professional learning and development. Her skills and expertise are in the following areas: teaching and learning, reflection and critical reflection, pedagogy and education, collaborative learning, curriculum development, assessment, teacher education, teaching practice in teacher education, organisational learning, and school leadership. Julie is employed in the supporting team at NATPRONET, an innovative research network designed to support professionalism, affiliation, and identity for candidates within the education sector who have been admitted through the Public Sector PhD funded by the Norwegian Research Council (OFFPHD).
