CultureComp Handbook

The CultureComp Framework is a tool for learners, artists, teachers, and administrators. The framework supports equitable and collaborative arts activities in culturally complex environments. To do this, the CultureComp Framework helps us identify, assess, and advance intercultural and transcultural competences for Groups, Individuals, and Systems. By describing and rationalising these competences, the framework supports cultural democracy in schools and cultural organisations.
