Milan Vračar

Milan Vračar is a cultural manager and international project leader from Serbia, serving as President of Kulturanova, a non-profit organization based in Novi Sad. With over 25 years of experience in the cultural and creative sectors, he has designed, coordinated, and implemented numerous international cooperation projects funded by Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, and other European programmes. His work focuses on cultural participation, community engagement, peacebuilding, heritage, arts-based research, and capacity building for cultural and civil society organizations.

Milan has extensive expertise in project development, consortium building, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, having collaborated with partners across Europe and beyond. He is an active member of several international cultural networks and has contributed to policy dialogue on culture, creativity, and social innovation at both European and regional levels. Through Kulturanova, he promotes interdisciplinary collaboration between artists, researchers, educators, and local communities, with a particular interest in participatory methodologies and the role of culture in addressing contemporary social challenges. He regularly lectures, facilitates workshops, and mentors organizations in project design, international cooperation, and cultural management.
