Title: CultureComp Academy: The INTRACOMP Capability Building Programme

This report documents the first stage of the capability building programme for INTRACOMP, as undertaken through Task 2.1 in Work Package 2. Our Capability Building programme, which we have named the CultureComp Academy, presents a series of microcredentials through the awarding of digital badges. During the first 14 months of the INTRACOMP project, 93 individuals (63F/30M) across six countries have completed the live workshops of the entire CultureComp Academy programme and qualified for the CultureComp badge. During this period, the CultureComp Academy has further been adapted into a Massive Online Open Course (MOOC), to enable the scaling and dissemination of this capability programme to participatory arts practitioners around the world.
