We’re excited to announce the launch of the INTRACOMP online discussion platform on Friday, May 23, 2025. This platform features engaging art videos and invites you to share your reflections.
We’re seeking fresh, imaginative ideas on how people learn, grow, and create together. How can we imagine radically inclusive, dynamic, and democratic ways of learning, growing competences, and co-creating futures together that move beyond traditional norms, structures and hierarchies?
We aim to understand how group atmosphere, participant interaction, and shared culture shape the experience of a community. Our goal is to explore how energy is created within groups, how different cultural backgrounds and inclusion practices influence group function, and how community members can support each other’s growth and well-being.
We are looking for new, creative, and speculative ideas. Please feel free to share early-stage thoughts, surprising ideas, or even wild proposals! There are no wrong answers. The goal is to discover ideas that don’t yet exist in research or practice.

- The questions on the platform are in English, but you are welcome to respond in your own language if you prefer.
