Livai Manafri is a young anthropologist from East Sepik Province with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Papua New Guinea. He currently serves as the Assistant Director for Ethnology at the Institute of Papua New Guinea Studies (IPNGS) under the National Cultural Commission. His work focuses on conducting cultural research, supervising staff, preparing archival materials, and promoting Papua New Guinea’s cultural heritage through research and publications.
